ALL IT TAKES TO CHANGE A LIFE IS ONE MINUTE....
OUR FOUNDER JULIA DUJMOVITS WINNING SNOWBOARD OLYMPIC GOLD
In this video, you can see the 50 seconds where Julia won gold at the Winter Olympics in 2014.
This was the final run, the second of two runs in the final. Maybe you can see it, but Julia started from "behind". Her gates opens half a second after her rival on back of the first run results. How can you still win gold even if coming from behind...? What is the mental preparations like when you prepare for your "second and final run"?
You may also see that Julia was not only starting "with a time disadvantage", but she also made a "huge mistake" during the run...Why did she not just "give up" - it seemed over?
Julia was in "flow", she kept "breathing" and focusing on the job. She crossed the line a winner!
In a nutshell, that is the difference between "silver" and "gold".
At REMIND, we have won and we have lost. We have fought our way back.
We are here to share some of that expereince with YOU!
